How is the FemiTight procedure done?

ALMA FemiTight is a non-surgical procedure designed to restore a more youthful appearance to the labia majora (the lips of the vulva). It corrects labial deflation and a wrinkled appearance by using targeted heat from a defocused laser to stimulate collagen remodeling in the area.

Anesthesia
The labia is first anesthetized using a topical anesthetic cream, followed by a local anesthetic injection to ensure comfort throughout the procedure.

Laser Treatment:
The laser is used to warm the labial tissue to 42°C (108°F) for brief intervals of less than 5 seconds at each spot. The entire treatment is closely monitored using an infrared thermometer to ensure the skin does not overheat.

Results: One session is typically sufficient to see a noticeable improvement in labial fullness, with more sessions available to maintain the effects over time.

While the treatment effectively rejuvenates the labia, it’s important to note that the collagen remodeling process has a natural lifespan, and periodic sessions may be needed to maintain the results.
