At Insync, we firmly believe that everyone deserves sexual healthcare.
We serve the LGBTQ+ community with respect and provide the high-quality functional and aesthetic care that every single person requires. At the same time, we are conscious of the difficulties and barriers this diverse community faces with the mainstream healthcare system. Insync is here to change that.
Societal stigma, isolation and discrimination, especially when experienced in a medical environment, can lead to embarrassment, or worst, an avoidance of much-needed healthcare.
Our doctors and staff strongly feel that a person’s self-identification is not something to be stigmatized, nor is it up for inappropriate discussion. We respect the sexual orientations, fluidity, and gender identity of every patient – whether you are a teen, young adult, or mature individual, whether you are out and proud or not.
The Insync Promise:
• We will maintain a safe, respectful and non-judgmental environment.
• We do not compromise on privacy. We will not share your information without your consent.
• We do not ask unnecessary questions.
• We use your preferred names and pronouns.
• We do not discriminate at all. No exceptions.
• We approach your concerns with utmost professionalism. We’ve heard it all and our main priority is to treat you.

A Personal Note from Dr Jessherin Sidhu
My personal experience with vaginismus made me question the treatment options available for women with sexual health concerns.
As a doctor, I realised that while we need doctors who are familiar with women’s health to properly and thoroughly examine us. We also experience fear, embarrassment, guilt, inadequacy and anger often associated with sexual health matters. In this case, a psychologist and sexologist may help.
This field of medicine, known as sexual medicine, is not taught to doctors in mainstream medical school. It is a neglected field in Singapore and in our region – given how taboo any talk of sex is. I was determined to establish a clinic that can wholesomely address women’s sexual health issues from contraception, to sexual pain to orgasm to aesthetics of the genitals and more. If you have any concerns at all, I invite you to get in touch directly. I will be more than happy to assist.
