What is the O-Shot?

The O-Shot (Orgasm Shot) is a non-surgical procedure developed by Dr. Charles Runels that involves the injection of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the vaginal area to enhance sexual function.

The O-Shot involves drawing a small amount of the patient’s blood, which is then processed to concentrate the platelets. The PRP is injected into specific areas of the vulva and clitoris.

The goal of the O-Shot is to rejuvenate tissue, improve blood flow, and increase sensitivity in the genital area. It aims to enhance sexual pleasure, increase the ability to orgasm, and address issues like vaginal dryness or urinary incontinence.

How does it work?

Small amount of blood is drawn from the arm
The blood is processed using a centrifuge to isolate the platelet-rich plasma (PRP).
The PRP is injected specifically into these regions:
- Just beneath the clitoris bulb
- Between the vaginal and the urethra (Skene glans)
