Dr Jessherin Sidhu
With extensive experience in women’s health and sexual medicine, Dr Jessherin Sidhu, better known as Dr Jess, is a well-recognised advocate for sexual wellness, intimacy, and inclusivity. She is currently one of the very few practicing Fellow of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine (FECSM) in Singapore, reflecting her rare expertise and commitment to advancing sexual health care.

Dr Jess is highly trained in sexual medicine and aesthetic gynaecology, having obtained certifications from the European Society of Aesthetic Gynaecology (ESAG) and numerous international procedural courses. She is a regular participant in global conferences organised by the International Society of Sexual Medicine (ISSM) to keep updated with the latest treatments and research.
Her FECSM fellowship represents the only formal, internationally recognised qualification in sexual medicine — a distinction that makes her one of the only few only practicing doctors in Singapore with this accreditation.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr Jess is a strong voice for women’s sexual health in Singapore and the region. She has championed awareness around vaginismus, menopause, and sexual inclusivity, and regularly speaks at events to destigmatise conversations on female sexuality.
My personal experience with vaginismus made me question the treatment options available for women with sexual health concerns. I realised that women need doctors who are not only trained in anatomy but also sensitive to the fear, embarrassment, or guilt that often accompanies these issues. Sexual medicine is not taught in mainstream medical training, yet it is so vital. I was determined to establish a clinic that can address women’s health and sexual health in a safe, holistic way — from contraception to sexual pain, orgasm, and genital aesthetics.
